Our Parade Promise is that if something doesn’t fit or feel right, you're eligible for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items listed at 50% or more of the previously listed non-discount price are final sale.
Complimentary promotional items and gifts with purchase are final sale and cannot be returned for refunds or store credit.
We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to make the returns experience one more thing to love about Parade. For all US orders, please visit our returns portal here to get started. You will need to enter your order number (all of our order numbers start with PAR) and the delivery zip code. All returned product must be in its original condition.

We give US customers the option to return your items for free at any of Happy Returns’ thousands of Return Bars.
If you choose to mail in your items, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your overall refund amount.
Once the shipping carrier scans your item, or it gets scanned in at a Returns Bar, your refund or store credit will be immediately processed. Store credits should be delivered almost instantaneously, but refunds to your original method of payment can take 2-5 business days depending on your financial institution.
If you run into an issue returning your item through Happy Returns, here are a few things to consider:
- You'd like to return underwear and or bodysuits. To start a return for these items, send us a message here.
- You purchased your item at a sale price of 50% or more, making the item final sale.
- Your item was free as part of a promotion or with a discount code. Complimentary promotional items are final sale.

If you choose to return your Parade via Return Bar, it's free to return your Parade items. If you'd prefer to mail-in your items, a $6.95 fee is required to cover the shipping costs.
We're currently experiencing an outage with our Happy Return Return Bars. If you need your return fee waived, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to process your Happy Return without the return fee.
