Our New Climate Impact Plan

While many other brands make pledges, we made a plan to be climate positive by 2025. 

This plan is focused on three areas:

1) Emissions Reduction: Doing the most to reduce our impact on the planet.

2) Innovation: Finding new ways to bring sustainability solutions to our partners and the industry. 

3) Collective Action: Teaming up with the best people in the world to do more, together.

 

TODAY:

  • 100% packaging is fit for circularity by 2022
  • 100% renewable or clean energy in our corporate or operational facilities by 2023
  • 100% corporate and factory partner waste diverted from landfill by 2025
  • Achieve climate positivity by 2025 
  • Reduce our per product emissions by 40% by 2027
  • Reduce our emissions by 50% by 2030

    • Connect our 1% program to our value chain and community projects by 2022
    • Develop partnerships with at least one factory and invest in upstream sustainability initiatives with them by 2023
    • Launch a innovation program to incubate new sustainable materials by 2023
    • 50% of all factory partners have direct sustainability or social impact programs in place by 2024
    • 80% of product materials to be recycled or bio-based by 2024 including trims
     

    COLLECTIVE ACTION

    • Join the Science-Based Targets initiative to validate our climate targets by 2022
    • Build a coalition of small and Gen Z-led businesses to share knowledge and work together on sustainability solutions for the industry by 2023
    • Create a climate justice-informed roadmap to center the voices of historically excluded and vulnerable communities by 2023
    • Develop a Parade Supplier Seal and initiate our own auditing by 2024
