Writing a new underwear story for everyone means ... everyone. Including the people who help make Parade's products. We can't truly be a sustainable company if we're not looking at both the environmental and socio-economic impact of our business.
That's why we created our Supplier Code of Business Integrity.
This document is an agreement between all of our factories and us and focuses on several key aspects of our business:
All of our suppliers are also WRAP or SA8000 certified. WRAP and SA8000 are two certifications that require factories to meet the highest environmental, social and economic standards. Our factories must pass certification every year.
They must pay their employees in line with the Global Living Wage Standard. As part of our Supplier Code of Business Integrity, each factory must assert that they are compliant with fair wage of their country, as set out by the Global Living Wage Standard.
We do not work with factories who do not sign our Supplier Code of Business Integrity.
We know this is just the beginning of our work to create a fair value chain that supports workers and the planet. To read our Supplier Code of Business Integrity, click here.
