How do I track my order?

After your order has been placed, we automatically submit the order to the warehouse. The warehouse will take 1-2 business days to fulfill your order and tracking information will become available shortly after. Do not worry if your USPS tracking number does not show a lot of movement for the first couple of days after you receive your tracking information. Your order has shipped, but the USPS tracking information will not show detailed information until USPS has the package. You can double check that your order has left the fulfillment center and is en route by clicking on “View Tracking Details” on your USPS tracking page.

Can I update or cancel my order?

As processing starts immediately after purchase, we cannot change your order once it is placed and confirmed, whether it's a product change, address change, or a cancellation request.

For more assistance with an order that has already been processed, please reach out to us at hi@yourparade.com.

Product & Sizing

What are the different fabric platforms?

Our Re:Play, Silky Mesh, Universal, SuperSoft, Lush Rib, and New:Cotton core fabric platforms are all made through sustainable, innovative technologies. To read more about each fabric platform, click here.

How do I find my correct size?

Parade underwear and apparel runs true to size, so we recommend ordering the sizes you typically wear on the XS-3XL grade. If you're unsure, underwear and apparel size charts are available on every product page.
For bralettes, we recommend taking our Size Quiz, also available on every bralette product page.

How are Parade bralettes different than traditional bras?

Parade bralettes were designed from style-first perspective to ensure comfort, and were constructed with innovative design features to replace traditional qualities such as padding and underwire. Typically, brands will fit a size M and grade up & down. At Parade, each size has different fit considerations—3 bases that grade up and down accordingly (S, XL, 2+) Support+ sizes were engineered with thoughtful design details, made to provide that little bit of lift that bigger boobs crave.

What is different about Support+ vs standard sizes for bralettes?

Support+ sizes were engineered with thoughtful design details, made to provide that little bit of lift that bigger boobs crave.

Featuring wider straps with adjustable transformable straps (you can criss-cross them for even more support!), a custom-designed AirBand™ which feels super-light but supportive around your underbust, an extra hook & eye, and a taller center gore. All of these little cues add up to the weightless comfort you deserve.

Every individual Support+ size was thoughtfully tailored and adjusted to ensure the perfect fit.

What bralette size should I get if I'm between sizes?

Yes! Parade was created to work on every size, and we’ve had dozens of plus-size people involved inThis depends on your preference and how you are between sizes.

For example, if you get a size M, and the cup fits you great, but the band is too loose, you may need to size down to an S if you don't mind having slightly less coverage, or you may do better in our 1+ size designed for smaller bands with bigger cups.

When in doubt, please feel free to text Clarissa! She is an expert in our bralettes and will help you get the right size. our product development process from the start. Our waistband, FreeStretch, is engineered with sport-inspired performance stretch, to fit a much wider range of bodies. It has a higher modulus and recovery to ensure it never digs in or pinches. A lot of the plus-size members of our community say it’s now their favorite pair of underwear.

What if the bralette cup fits, but the band doesn't?

If the band is too loose and you’re wearing a regular size, we recommend trying Support+ or sizing down, but know that with the latter you’ll have a bit less coverage. If the back is too tight, but the cup fits, we recommend a bra extender!

How do I care for my product?

We’ve found the best way to keep your Parade products looking brand new is to wash on gentle and laying flat to dry when possible. Make sure you wash your Parade in cold water to keep the colors looking fresh—plus, it’s an easy way to reduce carbon emissions when washing.

Washing clothing made of synthetic materials can release microplastic particles. Microplastics are small particles of plastic that are released into the water. However, at Parade, we’ve taken a few steps of our own (and have a few more for you!) to reduce the microplastics that are released when you wash your Parade.

More microplastics are released in looser weave clothing, so we make our products from tight-weave materials, which reduces the amount of microplastics released.

We recommend you wash your Parade using a slow cycle. Slow cycles during washing are less likely to release microplastics than fast cycles.

You can always buy a washing bag to eliminate all microplastics. We recommend Guppyfriend.

How often does Parade restock?

We launch new, limited-edition collections every 2-4 weeks and replenish core styles and colors as often as we can. Follow us on Instagram to stay in the loop!

Are you planning to expand sizing? If so, when?

Currently, we offer 7 sizes of underwear and apparel ranging from XS to 3L, and 10 sizes of Bralettes including our Support+ sizing (1, 2, and 3+).

However, the Parade is always growing, and that includes plans for size expansion across all our product categories. Be on the lookout for expanded sizes coming early 2023!

Sustainability

How is Parade sustainable?

We’ve made a plan to be climate positive by 2025 and carbon neutral by 2022. To date, we’ve taken some big steps on that road.

All our fabrics are made with recycled materials. For Silky Mesh and Re:Play, we reclaimed nylon scraps from manufacturing and turned them into the softest, silkiest certified-recycled underwear out there. Universal is the first-ever carbon-neutral seamless underwear. They are also all OEKO-TEX certified which means they contain no toxic chemicals--better for you and the planet.

Our packaging is biodegradable and our mailers are made from recycled materials and is recyclable.

We are actively working to reduce our carbon footprint across our entire supply chain. But, we know for certain things (like shipping) we also have to look to carbon offsets. We work with high-quality partners like Native and Less to contribute to climate projects around the world.

If you have any ideas, questions, or feedback—reach out to us at hi@yourparade.com. We’d love to hear from you! You can read more about our path to climate positivity here.We know how important transparency is to you because it’s important to us, too.

How sustainable are your factories?

Before our founders started Parade, they looked all over the world for factories that fulfilled the highest ethical standards and also could make incredible underwear at a great price.

We work with factories in Vietnam, China, and Turkey, who are all OEKO-TEX and Sedex certified. Each of our factories must sign a Supplier Code of Business Integrity, which covers environmental and social responsibility. We are working closely with them to become SA8000 or WRAP certified, to make sure they meet the highest standards for social and economic well-being for their workers.

We audit our factories on an annual basis with amfori BSCI, an independent organization that works to improve social performance in global supply chains. Each of our factories must sign a Supplier Code of Business Integrity, which covers environmental and social responsibility. We are working closely with them to become SA8000 or WRAP certified, to make sure they meet the highest standards for social and economic well-being for their workers.

We are also passionate about working with our factories to become more sustainable and look forward to sharing more information about that work with you in the future.

How are your certified recycled fabrics made?

In an effort to reach a zero-waste future, we collect the waste left over in industrial production and put it through a heating and cooling process, before it gets pressed into recycled chips, and then spun into yarns which are then knit into the final fabric.

What is your packaging made of?

Our mailer is made of 100% recycled materials and is recyclable and biodegradable. If you don't have a soft plastic recycling facility near you, it will biodegrade in a landfill. To find a soft plastic recycler near you, go here.

All of the paper materials you receive from Parade are also made of recycled paper. And, by the end of 2022, all our packaging will be made of recycled, compostable or biodegradable materials. Parade’s packaging is made from recycled materials and is recyclable.

How is Parade going to be climate positive?

Climate positive means that you remove more carbon from the atmosphere than you emit. We have a goal to be climate positive by 2025 and we've achieved climate neutrality (removing an equal amount of carbon than we emit).

Our focus is always reducting the amount of CO2 we emit as a business. In 2021, we reduced our carbon footprint by 14 tCO2e per product by reducing our office energy usage and changing our distribution facility.

Once we can't reduce the impact any further, we work with high-quality partners like Native Energy to invest in climate projects all over the world (but as close to our customers and manufacturing partners as possible). These climate projects provide carbon offsets -- which means, they're projects that are focused on removing CO2 from the atmosphere.

How do you donate 1% and who does it go to?

We’ve always donated 1% of every purchase to nonprofit organizations. Today, we allow you to choose from a group of vetted organizations that are working for reproductive rights, racial equity, LGBTQ+ communities and climate resilience. You can select the cause you care about on your checkout page.

Why is there a charge for shipping on Second Life packages?

We are so excited you want to recycle your underwear with Second Life! We are charging a fee for shipping a SL package when you only order the recycling kit in order to help offset the carbon and cost of shipping something from our warehouse to you.
