Orders & Shipping
In order to receive your order by December 25th, our final cut-off time for shipping is at 11:59pm EST on December 10th. We want to make sure everything arrives smoothly and on time, so if in doubt, place your holiday order as soon as possible!
We try our best to ship out all orders from our fulfilment center within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days after we ship. During this unprecedented time and with the high volume over the holiday season, we are experiencing slight delays due to COVID-19 safety protocols and reduced capacity at our fulfillment centers.
Please allow up to 10-14 business days to receive your order after it has been shipped. We are making every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we very much appreciate your patience.
Please note that we cannot offer expedited shipping at this time. If you need your order by a specific date, we encourage you to order as early as possible. As always, if you have any questions or concerns about shipping delays, please let us know at email@example.com; we would be happy to assist you.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll get a shipped order email including a tracking number. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll gladly help you out!

Right now, we’re shipping within the United States—but as we grow, our underwear will be taking a vacation wherever you are (we’ll buy the drinks).
If you spend $50, it’s FREE! If you buy less than 6 pairs of underwear, shipping is $9 to anywhere in the United States.
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located near our partner factories in China and Vietnam. Your order will first ship via DHL, which coordinates the overseas leg of the delivery.
After your package clears customs, it is then handed over to USPS, which handles the domestic leg of the delivery.Do not worry if your USPS tracking number does not show a lot of movement for the first couple of days after you receive your tracking information. Your order has shipped, but the USPS tracking information will not show detailed information until USPS has the package. You can double check that your order has left the fulfillment center and is en route by clicking on “View Tracking Details” on your USPS tracking page.
As always, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions or concerns about your package’s shipping status!

Before our founders started Parade, they looked all over the world for factories that fulfilled the highest ethical standards and also could make incredible underwear at a great price.
We know how important transparency is to you because it’s important to us, too.
Our packaging is compostable and we do our best to send your order in as little packaging as possible, eliminating some harmful effects of shipping emissions.
Our fabrics are Oeko-Tex certified. certified, meaning they’re testing for harmful chemicals so it helps both your body and our waters breathe more easily. We’re also committed to using recycled materials whenever possible––Re:Play, our first fabric platform is made of pre-consumer recycled nylon. It’s Global Recycle Standard certified., meaning the world’s top certifier has ensured that it has recycled content in it.
Our packaging is 100% compostable, meaning that it biodegrades in 300 days in a composing environment. The postcard you receive in your order is printed on recycled paper. We know this is just the first step in a long road to a zero waste future, and we have more initiatives around sustainable materials launching in the coming months.
If you have any ideas, questions, or feedback—reach out to us at email@example.com. We’d love to hear from you!
We audit our factories on an annual basis with amfori BSCI, an independent organization that works to improve social performance in global supply chains.
Our polymailer is made out of biodegradable d2w technology that is 100% compostable. The bags that hold your underwear are made of compostable cornstarch. Our peach stickers will fully biodegrade and are made of vegetable ink.
Parade’s packaging is made from cornstarch and biodegrades best in a composting environment, and it’s been verified by certified testing agencies to decompose within 300 days—once it’s gone, it’s gone for good!
Instead of throwing it in a landfill with your other waste, we’d recommend dropping it off at a local composting center or composting it at home. Before you do that, you’ll have to remove our shipping label from the bag (but you can keep the peach sticker—those are compostable!)
You can search for composting centers near you at FindAComposter.com.
Microfibers—or microplastics—are a real concern when they enter our water supply. There are a few solutions out there, from filters that you attach to your washing machine to capture the microfibers, to wash bags that act as filters. We love the Guppyfriend Washing Bag because of how easy it is to use and how it doubles as a delicates wash bag for your Parade.
For now, one sticker sheet will come with each order. Soon, you’ll have the option to get your Parade without stickers and extra stuff!
We believe that underwear is a connective tissue between you and your body, and that bodies are always political. Before we even launched, we donated $12,000 to Planned Parenthood New York and the Yellowhammer Fund in Alabama. Going forward, we’re donating 1% of all orders to PPNY. Beyond just donating money, we spend time on the ground with Planned Parenthood of New York, volunteering regularly and bringing along community members from time to time.
Have any other ideas around how we can support people doing the hard work on the ground of championing sex education? Send your ideas & questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We’ve found the best way to keep your underwear looking brand new is to wash it on gentle and tumble low in your dryer. Make sure you wash them in cold water to keep the colors looking fresh—plus, it’s an easy way to reduce carbon emissions when washing.
Yes! Parade was created to work on every size, and we’ve had dozens of plus size women involved in our product development process from the start. Our waistband, FreeStretch, is engineered with sport-inspired performance stretch, to fit a much wider range of bodies. it has a higher modulus and recovery to ensure it never digs in or pinches. A lot of the plus size women in our community say it’s now their favorite pair of underwear.
Inclusivity is really important to us, and we’re working to expand to an even wider range of sizes in the future. If you have any feedback about the fit of our currently offered sizes or ideas on how we can make the best product for you, please send us an email at email@example.com with the subject line “Expanded Sizing.”
Carbon neutral means achieving a net zero carbon output by balancing the carbon emitted through production and distribution with carbon offset projects––with the ultimate goal of reaching a net zero impact.
Universal by Parade is the world’s first carbon neutral edgeless underwear. We work with Native to offset every Universal pair produced, primarily by investing in the conservation of May Ranch—over 14,500 acres of native prairie land in Colorado, and a vital home to over 300 bird species. This project will dramatically improve air quality in a state that has lost 48% of its natural grasslands in recent years.
Our fabric is made from certified recycled yarns, and an organic cotton lining made with no harmful chemicals—resulting in less waste and drastically reduced water usage.
This is just the first stop in our journey towards a zero waste future––by the end of 2022, Parade’s goal is to become a fully carbon neutral-operating business and we are fully committed to making this happen.
Universal is made from certified recycled yarns which results in 8.5% energy savings, 84% waste water savings, and 77% gas generation savings. Additionally, we use an organic cotton lining, free of all harmful chemicals and produced with drastically less water usage than chemically grown cotton.
We estimate that producing and distributing Universal will emit 1898 metric tonnes of carbon*. We are investing in programs that fund environmental initiatives that work to offset carbon emissions to make this underwear carbon neutral. We are committed to becoming entirely carbon neutral as a business by the end of 2022.

In an effort to reach a zero-waste future, we collect the waste left over in industrial production and put it through a heating and cooling process, before it gets pressed into recycled chips, and then spun into yarns which are then knit into the final fabric.
Universal is our first carbon neutral fabric and the first step in our journey to becoming a zero-carbon company.
We are working on reducing our environmental footprint with every new launch and we've comitted to becoming entirely carbon neutral as a business by the end of 2022. We are so excited that you’ve decided to join us for the ride!
