US Orders

You can shop for Parade on our website, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day 😉 If you happen to be in town, you can shop Parade IRL in NYC at our flagship pop-up located at 577 Broadway. For store hours and more, click here.

After your order has been placed, we automatically submit the order to the warehouse. The warehouse will take 1-2 business days to fulfill your order and tracking information will become available shortly after. Do not worry if your USPS tracking number does not show a lot of movement for the first couple of days after you receive your tracking information. Your order has shipped, but the USPS tracking information will not show detailed information until USPS has the package. You can double check that your order has left the fulfillment center and is en route by clicking on “View Tracking Details” on your USPS tracking page.

As processing starts immediately after purchase, we cannot change your order once it is placed and confirmed, whether it's a product change, address change, or a cancellation request.

For US customers, we offer free shipping for orders above $75 USD. If your order is under this threshold, then shipping costs a flat $7 anywhere in the US.

For CA customers, we offer free shipping for orders above $100 CAD. If your order is under this threshold, then shipping costs a flat $9 anywhere in Canada.

For UK customers, we offer free shipping for orders above 75 GBP. If your order is under this threshold, then shipping costs a flat 10 GBP anywhere in the UK.

For AUD customers, we offer free shipping for orders above $125 AUD. If your order is under this threshold, then shipping costs a flat $15 AUD anywhere in Australia.

We do our best to ship out all orders from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Standard US delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after we ship. We also offer 2-day expedited shipping at a rate of $15 USD.

Our Parade Promise is that if something doesn’t fit or feel right, you can return it for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Complimentary promotional items and gifts with purchase are final sale and cannot be returned for refunds or store credit.

We give you the option to return your items for free at any of Happy Returns’ thousands of Return Bars. Click here to find a Return Bar near you.

If you choose to mail in your items, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your overall refund, store credit, or exchange amount.

Once the shipping carrier scans your item, or it gets scanned in at a Returns Bar, your refund or store credit will be immediately processed.

Store credits should be delivered almost instantaneously, but refunds to your original method of payment can take 2-5 business days depending on your financial institution.

For quality assurance reasons, underwear cannot be sent back to us. If you are unhappy with your underwear, please follow the Happy Returns flow and contact our Customer Experience team when prompted.
