For US customers, we offer free shipping for orders above $50 USD. If your order is under this threshold, then shipping costs a flat $7 anywhere in the US.
Currently, shipping to Canada and the UK is free!
Please be advised, we cannot refund original shipping costs when returning products.
Right now, we’re shipping to the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom—but as we grow, our underwear will be taking a vacation wherever you are (we’ll buy the drinks).
We try our best to ship out all orders from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Standard US delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after we ship, and 7-14 days to Canada.
For US customers, we also offer 2-day expedited shipping at a rate of $15 USD.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Mexico. Your order will first ship via DHL, which coordinates the overseas leg of the delivery.
After your package clears customs, it is then handed over to USPS, which handles the domestic leg of the delivery.Do not worry if your USPS tracking number does not show a lot of movement for the first couple of days after you receive your tracking information. Your order has shipped, but the USPS tracking information will not show detailed information until USPS has the package. You can double check that your order has left the fulfillment center and is en route by clicking on “View Tracking Details” on your USPS tracking page.

Returns & Exchanges
Our Parade Promise is that if something doesn’t fit or feel right, you can exchange it, return it for a refund, or return it for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Complimentary promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned for refunds or store credit.
For quality assurance reasons, underwear cannot be sent back to us. If you are unhappy with your underwear, please follow the Happy Returns flow and contact our Customer Experience team when prompted.
We’ve partnered with Happy Returns to make the returns experience one more thing to love about Parade. Please visit our returns portal here to get started. You will need to enter your order number (all of our order numbers start with PAR) and the delivery zip code.
We give you the option to return your items for free at any of Happy Returns’ thousands of Return Bars.
If you choose to mail in your items, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your overall refund, store credit, or exchange amount.

Once the shipping carrier scans your item, or it gets scanned in at a Returns Bar, your refund or store credit will be immediately processed. Store credits should be delivered almost instantaneously, but refunds to your original method of payment can take 2-5 business days depending on your financial institution.Sometimes, our returns platform glitches and our customer experience team will need to process your refund manually. If this happens, don’t despair—our team is on it and will make sure you get your refund quickly. There’s no need to reach out to us, unless it’s been over a week since you processed your return. In that case, just send us a quick note at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll sort it out.
When you select to exchange your product, Happy Returns will create an order on your behalf with the product you want to receive instead. This order will not go into a fulfillment queue until you return the actual product, so if you’re eyeing a product low in stock, make sure to get those returns over to the carrier or Return Bar ASAP. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee inventory availability for exchanges.

All products returned to a Returns Bar get aggregated, then shipped to a Happy Returns hub where Happy Returns consolidates the Parade products and sends them back to our warehouse. Aggregated shipping like this saves a ton of resources (looking at you, greenhouse gases) and money, which is why we make it free to you :) If you choose to mail in your products directly, then they’ll get shipped straight to our fulfillment center.Once all the products make it back to our fulfillment center, we run quality assurance, necessary cleaning and refurbishment, and make the products ready to sell again (which is why we can’t accept underwear returns!). Anything that we cannot sell again, we recycle!
Oh no! We never want that to happen. If you receive the wrong item in your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com instead of starting a return immediately. This will allow us to ensure your return is completely free, and it will help us troubleshoot the underlying issue.
After your return is processed, you have the choice to keep any underwear that you didn’t love (sometimes we all need an extra pair), donate any unworn pairs to a shelter near you, or recycle them through a local textile recycling facility.
Parade underwear is made of the most comfortable, luxurious recycled fabrics around. The exact makeup of each fabric depends on which fabric platform. Right now, we offer our underwear in three exclusive fabrics: Re:Play, Silky Mesh, and Universal.
Re:Play is made of 85% recycled nylon and 15% spandex(not recycled, but we're working on it!). It has a super smooth, lightweight feel.
Silky Mesh is Parade's take on lingerie. Our mesh is made of lightweight, superfine fibers. Starting summer 2021, all Silky Mesh styles will be made of95% recycled nylon and 5% elastane.
Universal is Parade's take on seamless underwear. It's carbon-neutral, super-smooth, and made of80% recycled nylon and 20% elastane.
All Parade underwear styles feature a 100% cotton gusset for breathability and extra comfort!
Sizing varies greatly among companies, but we've provided equivalent sizes for each size of underwear, plus hip measurements which should help you determine which size of underwear to get.
Most customers feel that our underwear is true to size, with the exception of our patterned Silky Mesh styles, which can occasionally run a bit small since the fabric is not as stretchy as plain Silky Mesh styles.

We’ve found the best way to keep your underwear looking brand new is to wash it on gentle and tumble low in your dryer. Make sure you wash them in cold water to keep the colors looking fresh—plus, it’s an easy way to reduce carbon emissions when washing.
Yes! Parade was created to work on every size, and we’ve had dozens of plus-size people involved in our product development process from the start. Our waistband, FreeStretch, is engineered with sport-inspired performance stretch, to fit a much wider range of bodies. It has a higher modulus and recovery to ensure it never digs in or pinches. A lot of the plus-size members of our community say it’s now their favorite pair of underwear.
Inclusivity is really important to us, and we’re working to expand to an even wider range of sizes in the future. We're so glad you asked this! Our product team spent two years developing our Bralettes to provide weightless support and unreal comfort in our full range of sizes. Here are a few of the things that make our Bralettes so special:
1. We fit and designed each size from scratch, using women of all shapes and sizes. This means that the XS Bralette is not just a smaller version of the XL Bralette, but rather, a version of the Bralette design optimized for that size range. This is not industry standard!
2. We developed our exclusive AirBand™—a new kind of under-bust elastic that feels feather-light and has no unnecessary digging.
3. We listened to you, our models, and our team throughout the design journey. Our Bralettes were truly co-created by our community and deliver on all the qualities you found to be most important.
4. We employed a pattern-maker who specializes in bras to develop the pattern for our Bralettes. These designers are rare to find, but we know your comfort is worth it :)

This depends on your preference and how you are between sizes.
For example, if you get a size M, and the cup fits you great, but the band is too loose, you may need to size down to an S if you don't mind having slightly less coverage, or you may do better in our 1+ size designed for smaller bands with bigger cups.
When in doubt, please feel free to text Clarissa! She is an expert in our Bralettes and will help you get the right size.
Again, this will depend on your preferences and where you fall on the size chart. We know Bralettes work differently for everyone, so we made carefully adjusted sizing so the bigger your boobs, the more supported you feel.
Support+ styles were designed with a higher center gore, wider straps, an extra hook & eye, and other thoughtful design details meant to accommodate people with big boobs.

If the band is too loose and you’re wearing a regular size, we recommend trying a Support+ Bralette or sizing down, but know that with the latter you’ll have a bit less coverage. If the back is too tight, but the cup fits, we recommend a bra extender!
Parade Bralettes are made from Re:Play—our original bestselling fabric with an ultra-soft touch. The elastic AirBand™ was developed by us exclusively for this Bralette, and the mesh details are made from Silky Mesh (which is certified recycled, of course!).
We wouldn't be Parade if they weren't! Our first Bralettes are made from our signature certified recycled Re:Play fabric and feature breathable mesh panels in our sustainable Silky Mesh fabric. The hardware, straps, and elastic on Bralettes are not recycled (yet!), but if you know of any ways they could be, we're all ears.
We designed our Bralettes to hold you up without harnessing you down. You can expect weightless support and coverage with a lightweight feel. Our adjustable, transformable straps provide customizable enhanced support as and when you need it.
Across our styles, you will find more support from our Scoop Bralette than you will from our Triangle Bralette.
We designed our Bralettes as go-to everyday styles that work across the full range of sizes we offer (XS-3XL). The Scoop offers more support and coverage, whereas the triangle Bralette is your best bet for that traditional bra coverage and shape.
No, these bralettes are unlined and unpadded to celebrate your shape. The fabric is double layered for support.
This depends on the clothes you wear! The vertical support seams and top edges might show under very fitted clothing, but for the most part, you can expect this to sit under your clothes discreetly.
Support+ sizes were engineered with thoughtful design details, made to provide that little bit of lift that bigger boobs crave. Featuring wider straps with adjustable transformable straps (you can criss-cross them for even more support!), a taller custom-designed AirBand™ which feels super-light but supportive around your underbust, an extra hook & eye, and a taller center gore. All of these little cues add up to the weightless comfort you deserve.
Every individual Support+ size was thoughtfully tailored and adjusted to ensure the perfect fit.
We know you want versatility, which is why the straps on all Bralettes are fully adjustable for length, and they can also be worn straight or crossed for added support and wearability under many clothing styles.
We’ve made a plan to be climate positive by 2025 and carbon neutral by 2022. To date, we’ve taken some big steps on that road.
All our fabrics are made with recycled materials. For Silky Mesh and Re:Play, we reclaimed nylon scraps from manufacturing and turned them into the softest, silkiest certified-recycled underwear out there. Universal is the first-ever carbon-neutral seamless underwear. They are also all OEKO-TEX certified which means they contain no toxic chemicals--better for you and the planet.
Our packaging is biodegradable and our mailers are made from recycled materials and is recyclable.
We are actively working to reduce our carbon footprint across our entire supply chain. But, we know for certain things (like shipping) we also have to look to carbon offsets. We work with high-quality partners like Native and Less to contribute to climate projects around the world.

Before our founders started Parade, they looked all over the world for factories that fulfilled the highest ethical standards and also could make incredible underwear at a great price.
We work with factories in Vietnam, China, and Turkey, who are all OEKO-TEX and Sedex certified. Each of our factories must sign a Supplier Code of Business Integrity, which covers environmental and social responsibility. We are working closely with them to become SA8000 or WRAP certified, to make sure they meet the highest standards for social and economic well-being for their workers.
We audit our factories on an annual basis with amfori BSCI, an independent organization that works to improve social performance in global supply chains.
We are also passionate about working with our factories to become more sustainable and look forward to sharing more information about that work with you in the future.
Our mailer is made of 100% recycled materials and is recyclable and biodegradable. All of the paper materials you receive from Parade are also made of recycled paper. And, by the end of 2022, all our packaging will be made of recycled, compostable, or biodegradable materials.
Parade’s packaging is made from cornstarch and biodegrades best in a composting environment, and it’s been verified by certified testing agencies to decompose within 300 days—once it’s gone, it’s gone for good!
Instead of throwing it in a landfill with your other waste, we’d recommend dropping it off at a local composting center or composting it at home. Before you do that, you’ll have to remove our shipping label from the bag (but you can keep the peach sticker—those are compostable!) For now, one sticker sheet will come with each order. Soon, you’ll have the option to get your Parade without stickers and extra stuff!
Microplastics are small particles of plastic that are released into the water. Washing clothing made of synthetic materials can release microplastic particles. However, at Parade, we’ve taken a few steps of our own (and have a few more for you!) to reduce the microplastics that are released when you wash your Parade.
More microplastics are released in looser weave clothing, so we make our products from tight-weave materials, which reduces the amount of microplastics released.
We recommend you wash your Parade using a slow cycle. Slow cycles during washing are less likely to release microplastics than fast cycles.
We’re working on new fabrics that are made from natural materials and fibers. Subscribe to our email to be the first to learn more once we’re ready.
You can always buy a washing bag to eliminate all microplastics. We recommend Guppyfriend.

We created the Parade Product Score to make it as easy and transparent as possible to know the social impact, environmental footprint and circularity of our products.
Each total score is made up of three parts:
Climate: How little CO2 have we emitted to make this product?
Social: How are our factories treating their workers and the planet?
Circularity: What % of raw materials are recycled or compostable and what happens at the end of a product’s life?
We measured each of our products against three sustainability categories that we focus on as a brand and combined the scores to generate a single product-level score.
The three categories: Social, Climate, and Circularity impact different parts of the value chain, and we wanted this to be reflected in the score weighting.
Social and Climate impact take place upstream and are more related to production and therefore directly influenced by Parade’s business decisions. Circularity and end of life recycling is further downstream and more closely related to systems and consumer behavior, and we wanted the weighting of the three scores to reflect this.
Sustainability is a very broad and hard to define topic, and it was important for us to focus our efforts on a select but holistic range of impact categories. As the first-ever underwear brand to develop SBTi-approved targets, we wanted to assess the climate impact of our products and explore ways that we can reduce this over time through our tool.
We also value the occupational health, happiness, and safety of the people who make our products, so for us, including a social factor was paramount. Circularity was selected as another priority area as we understand our responsibility to promote and encourage best practice at the end-of-life of our products.
Our labeling tool has been developed in partnership with industry leader, Eco-Age, to create the methodology based on industry best practice and sources like the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.
We’ll update these at least every year, or when there are big changes that we make (like bringing on a new factory partner).
Sustainability is complex and reliant on broader social and economic systems. We designed the Parade Product Score to put as much weight on the decisions that we can make as a company. For Climate and Social, there are a lot of decisions we can control to impact these factors. While there are ways for us to better design our products to be more circular (through material innovation and design techniques) we also know a big part of circularity is dependent on availability and accessibility of recycling. We want to change that, too – but it might take us a little longer.
Carbon neutral means achieving a net-zero carbon output by balancing the carbon emitted through production and distribution with carbon offset projects—with the ultimate goal of reaching a net-zero impact.
Universal by Parade is the world’s first carbon-neutral edgeless underwear. We work with Native to offset every Universal pair produced, primarily by investing in the conservation of May Ranch—over 14,500 acres of native prairie land in Colorado, and a vital home to over 300 bird species. This project will dramatically improve air quality in a state that has lost 48% of its natural grasslands in recent years. Our fabric is made from certified recycled yarns, and an organic cotton lining made with no harmful chemicals—resulting in less waste and drastically reduced water usage. This is just the first stop in our journey towards a zero-waste future—by the end of 2022, Parade’s goal is to become a fully carbon neutral-operating business and we are fully committed to making this happen.
Universal is made from certified recycled yarns which results in 8.5% energy savings, 84% wastewater savings, and 77% gas generation savings. Additionally, we use an organic cotton lining, free of all harmful chemicals and produced with drastically less water usage than chemically grown cotton.
We estimate that producing and distributing Universal will emit 1898 metric tons of carbon*. We are investing in programs that fund environmental initiatives that work to offset carbon emissions to make this underwear carbon neutral. We are committed to becoming entirely carbon neutral as a business by the end of 2022.

In an effort to reach a zero-waste future, we collect the waste left over in industrial production and put it through a heating and cooling process, before it gets pressed into recycled chips, and then spun into yarns which are then knit into the final fabric.
